Some of our clients have manufactured in China already, but experienced problems that could not be solved remotely.

We now control their deliveries and takeovers from the supplier directly when loading containers. We also ensure quality control during production, including communication with the manufacturer. For this service we have a fully trained local control team with a wealth of experience gained during many years of cooperation with European companies.

Organisation of all the US or European standards certificates is also assured. After sales service includes all documentation, certification and any instilation trouble shooting, along with assistance with claims potential to meet the clients expectations, thus minimising the risk of financial losses due to poor supplier selection.

PRODUCTION

Previous clients came to us with their own products and wanted to know whether they could be manufactured or purchased at a better price. Based on customers’ drawing documentation, real sample, image or other substrate, we can prepare a selection procedure for finding a suitable supplier.

Within this service we also provide localization of tender documentation (Solid Works, Auto CAD...). We prepare a quote for at least two or more variants.

We also offer presentation of demanded products directly in our showroom in Foshan, along with the organization of visits to suppliers or manufacturers.

Based on the final order we will arrange a complete process of ordering, production and purchase, inspection, loading and dispatch to the destination address including all necessary documentation.
